Our Core Purpose
The Primrose Ratepayers Association (PRA) exists to safeguard and advance the rights of all property owners within Primrose and its surrounding areas. We are dedicated to fostering unity across the diverse people and interests we represent, building common ground that strengthens our community. Through principled advocacy and collaboration, our ultimate aim is to improve livelihoods and enhance the overall quality of life for every ratepayer who lives and works in Primrose.

Our Vision
We envision a thriving Primrose where quality of life is continually elevated through both the support of existing initiatives and the creation of new, forward-looking programs. These initiatives are guided by values of social inclusion, improved living conditions, educational advancement, and integrated economic and social development. We are equally committed to protecting and enhancing both the built and natural environment, ensuring that Primrose remains a place of dignity, opportunity, and sustainability.
